What does it cost to join?
One plan at $99 a month, with every feature in it. There are no per-booking fees and no listing fees, and you keep your own pricing.
What do I need to sign up?
An ABN, a government photo ID, and public liability insurance. You upload them during onboarding, and you can add trade certifications if you have them.
How long does approval take?
Your documents are reviewed by a person, not a script. You can set up your services, hours and payouts while you wait, and we'll tell you the moment you're approved.
Do I set my own prices?
Yes. Prices, hours, service area and how many jobs you take at once are all yours. Autara doesn't set your rates or push work at you.
How do I get paid?
Through Stripe, into your own bank account. The customer pays a deposit to confirm the booking and the balance is captured once the job is done. Payouts typically land within days.
Can I do this alongside my existing work?
Plenty do. You control your availability. Set the days and hours you actually want to work, and change them whenever things shift.
